DANNY ALVAREZ

Danny Alvarez is a passionate leader, advocate, and servant to his community, with a diverse background that spans the military, law, business, and public service. A U.S. Army veteran, business attorney, and Florida State Representative, Danny has dedicated his life to serving others and making a lasting impact in the lives of those around him.

As a former infantry officer, Danny’s military service instilled in him the core values of discipline, integrity, and selfless service. These values continue to guide his work today, whether he's in the courtroom, in the legislature, or on stage speaking to audiences across the country.

Elected in 2022 to the Florida House of Representatives for District 69, and re-elected in 2024, Danny serves as the Chair of the Criminal Justice Subcommittee, Vice Chair of the Security & Threat Assessment Committee and as a member of several key committees, including Judiciary Committee, Insurance & Banking Subcommittee, Justice Budget Subcommittee and Transportation & Economic Development Budget Subcommittee. He is a passionate advocate for Florida’s agriculture industry, tirelessly working to protect the interests of farmers and ranchers, and ensuring that agriculture remains a cornerstone of
Florida's economy. As a representative, Danny is also a strong champion for veterans and first responders,
working to improve policies and services that support those who serve and protect our communities.

In addition to his public service, Danny is a respected business attorney, helping businesses navigate legal challenges, grow strategically, and succeed in competitive environments. His experience as a consultant and corporate communications expert has given him a unique perspective on leadership, business development, and organizational growth.

He is also actively involved with Hook a Hero Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans, first responders, and their families through outdoor and recreational therapy programs. His unwavering commitment to these organizations continues to leave a positive, lasting impact on the lives of those who have served.
